Chinese brand CLOT continues its partnership with Nike and Jordan Brand with this Jordan 14 Low. This marks their fifth collab on a Jordan model, as CLOT uses Jordan Retro silhouettes as a canvas to share stories of Chinese culture and history.
The Air Jordan 14 CLOT design is inspired by The Terracotta Army, clay warrior statues that protected China’s Emperor at his burial in 213 B.C. The sneaker takes cues from the warriors’ color scheme, adding earthy tones to every part of the silhouette. The upper mimics the amour featured on each statue. Lastly, the heel features a red-stitched medallion, adding to its historic theme.
